With any client, our process begins by discussing your client's needs with due care and confidentiality. We will explore various financing options discreetly and efficiently. Once we’ve reviewed the possibilities, we’ll present a range of tailored financing solutions that align with your client's goals. This ensures they receive informed, strategic advice without any upfront commitments. We will align ourselves with your brand to ensure a seamless process end-to-end.

STRATEGY
All relevant information in hand, we will meet you client and begin crafting a bespoke strategy tailored to their unique situation, identifying the best possible solutions for their needs. At this stage, we will provide initial estimates, make them aware of their eligibility and provide a Decision in Principle (DiP), giving your client a clear sense of the financing options available and ensuring they’re well-positioned to move forward with confidence.

QUOTE
Once the agreed strategy is in place, a request for permission to proceed will be sent while also providing your client with our Terms of Business (TOB) for their approval. At this point, we will revisit and discuss the available options, conducting a final check of the market for any differences in interest rates or newly available products. This ensures your client has the most up-to-date information before moving forward, maximizing their chances of securing the best possible mortgage at the time of application.

EXECUTE
When we are confident that no better options are available, we will execute our plan and initiate the application process. Throughout this stage, we will maintain regular communication with both you and your client, providing updates on the Valuation Report and anticipated timelines for acceptance. Additionally, we will begin to liaise with other third parties involved in the process, ensuring everyone remains informed and aligned, facilitating a smooth and efficient progression towards securing their Offer of Loan.

OFFER
Once the valuation has been approved and underwriting is complete, the lender will issue a Formal Offer of Loan to us. We will update you and the third parties, but most importantly, we will meet again with your client to ensure that the terms provided are identical with what was agreed upon submission. Our commitment doesn’t end here; us, alongside our software will continuously scan the market for more favorable options than what has already been offered right up until Exchange of Contracts. This proactive approach allows us to act swiftly should market conditions improve. You will of course be kept informed throughout this entire process, ensuring transparency and confidence every step of the way.
